The Event. . . . We ask for a a $50 to $150 deposit for your event. The deposit depends on how large your guest list is and how much food you are ordering. The Bar Our bartenders are scheduled for regular shifts. If you wish to offer your guests the use of the bar outside of regular bar-business hours, you must guarantee a minimum gratuity for the bartender. The minimum gratuity varies from $50 to $150 depending on how many hours early the bartender must arrive before their shift. If the bar bill calls for gratuity greater than the guaranteed minimum, you will be charged that amount instead. Dining STATE TAX OF 6.25% AND LOCAL TAX OF .75%, TOTALING, 7%, WILL BE ADDED TO ALL MENU PRICES. This includes both food and drink.
