The Bar Our bartenders are scheduled for regular shifts. If you wish to offer your guests the use of the bar outside of regular bar-business hours, you must guarantee a minimum gratuity for the bartender. The minimum gratuity varies from $50 to $150 depending on how many hours early the bartender must arrive before their shift. If the bar bill calls for gratuity greater than the guaranteed minimum, you will be charged that amount instead. Alcoholic We stock a full line of alcoholic beverages - wines, beer, liquor. You can request your favorite mixed drinks from our talented bartenders. Non-Alcoholic If you do not wish to open the bar, you can order pitchers of soda for $7.50 each. Our selection includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Diet Sprite, Lemonade and Ginger Ale.
